House Made Turkey Butter

Our turkey butter is made in house from high quality, fresh ingredients. We use a cultured butter for the base so that our turkey butter has a deep and rich flavour.

This can be sliced and placed under the turkey skin during cooking, or placed on the meat during the final stages of cooking.
