Winter Beef Sausage Rolls and Chocolate Cheesecake

School Holiday Cooking Class

Keep the kids entertained these school holidays, with our fun, interactive school holiday cooking classes.

In the first of our winter series of classes, children will learn how to make tasty winter beef sausage rolls and a chocolate cheesecake with gingerbread crumble. 

The class will kick off with the dessert by combining rich, delicious melted chocolate, marscapone and cream cheese on top of a spicy gingerbread base and crumb to make a delicious chocolate cheesecake. Once ready, we'll put them in the fridge to set while they move on to the savoury side of things.

Then it's onto the sausage rolls. With fresh OUR FARM beef mince on hand, the children will start by seasoning the mince with their choice of herbs and spices and then hand roll their sausage rolls, but not in a shape we have ever seen. The result? A winter warmer lunch they can genuinely say they made themselves from start to finish. 

The finished lunch can be eaten on site in our cafe, or it can be packed in spill proof take home containers to share with the family later!

All classes are run by a fully qualified chef and facilitator, and kids are encouraged to ask questions and learn new skills throughout the session.

Tickets are just $45 per child per class

Class sizes are limited, so booking early is recommended.
Group bookings are welcome.

Please note: Participants must be 5 years or older to attend this class.

Note: Photos may be taken during the class for promotional purposes. Please advise us on the day if you prefer for your child not to be photographed.

• Please note there are no refunds for cancellations. Store credit wil be provided. 
• Please arrive by 9.30am to sign in for the class and be ready for class commencement at 10am
