Pulled Chicken Rice Paper Rolls and Warm Winter Berry Pies

Keep the kids entertained these school holidays, with our fun, interactive school holiday cooking classes.

In the second of our winter series of classes, children will learn how to make pulled chicken rice paper rolls, and warm winter berry pies for dessert.

We're kicking off with the dessert first. Children will chop up some fresh raspberries and blackberries and cook it down with sugar to make a thick jam filling. We then cut puff pastry rounds to fill and cook off for a delicious winter dessert treat accompanied by some fresh whipped cream. The children will then sear off chicken thighs, BBQ style and prepare their own choice of fillings including vermicelli noodles, carrot strands, cucumber spears and avocado to roll up the freshest rice paper rolls. This might just be their favourite lunchtime treat!

The finished lunch can be eaten on site in our cafe, or it can be packed in spill proof take home containers to share with the family later!

AllĀ classes are run by a fully qualified chef and facilitator, and kids are encouraged to ask questions and learn new skills throughout the session.

Tickets are just $45 per child per class

Class sizes are limited, so booking early is recommended.
Group bookings are welcome.

Please note: Participants must be 5Ā years or older to attend this class.

Note: Photos may be taken during the class for promotional purposes. Please advise us on the day if you prefer for your child not to be photographed.Ā
